Reviving a water damaged carpet back to life
Challenge
We were contacted by a reputed multinational corporation that had experienced a leak through their roof in their office headquarters, causing a large patch of their carpet to become damaged. As per the communication, they had attempted to dry out and clean but it left a large stain that was tough to ignore. The challenge was to restore the look and feel of their commercial carpet without damaging the fabric.
Solution
Using our advanced cleaning equipment and techniques perfected over decades, our experienced team was able to remove the visible effects of the water damage and restore the carpet to its previous state. We used a combination of natural dry cleaning products and a counter-rotating cleaning action with brushes selected specifically for their commercial carpet fabric. With added protection of encapsulation, we were able to delay the lifespan of the carpet and offer a complete restoration solution.
